Lopez, Ravelo, Russell, Smith, Wang The Department of Physics offers studies leading to the degree of Master of Science in Physics with experimental and/or theoretical physics research in astrophysics, atmospheric physics and optics, computational physics, condensed matter and surface physics, geophysics, nuclear, and radiation physics. Through a cooperative program with the Geological Sciences Department, the Master of Science in Geophysics is offered.
