This professional Art degree is offered with the following areas of
specialization:
- MAJOR: Ceramics, Graphic Design, Metals, Painting, Printmaking, and Sculpture
- MINOR: Art History, Ceramics, Graphic Design, Metals,
Painting, Printmaking, and Sculpture.
The BFA graduation exhibition will be considered for outstanding art majors. Art students will be selected by the Art Faculty
and given an opportunity to participate in the honors exhibition program during their senior year. For specific requirements see

A.- Bachelor of Music
Students may pursue this professional Music degree in one of three areas:
- (1) General Music--choral and instrumental (All-Levels
Teaching Program);
- (2) Performance--orchestra and band instruments, keyboard
instruments, voice or ballet;
- (3) Theory and Composition.

B.- Bachelor of Social Work
The Social Work Program offers a major consistent with the beginning level of professional Social Work practice. The degree
reflects a generalist Social Work orientation. Students who wish to earn the BSW degree must apply to and be accepted by the
Social Work Program and must demonstrate academic and professional readiness to begin generalist Social Work practice.

C.- Graduate Studies
Graduate degrees are offered in most Liberal Arts disciplines, including Art, Communication, English, History, Interdisciplinary
Studies, Linguistics, Music, Political Science, Public Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Spanish, and Theatre Arts. Details
of graduate programs are contained in the Graduate Studies Catalog and are available from individual departments and the
Graduate School.
