Career EXPO will be held at the Don Haskins Center: 151 Glory Rd, El Paso, TX 79902

Registration for 2025 Career EXPO includes breakfast and lunch for two representatives. Extra meal tickets can be purchased via your registration or on-site at the Employer registration table for $40 per person.

Sign up for the event via Handshake https://joinhandshake.com/employers/. Let us know if you will have an information session prior to the event, be ready to speak to hundreds of UTEP students.

Parking is not included as part of the Career EXPO registration. Public parking is available, for a fee, at the Parking Systems of America lot located on 3103 N Mesa (79902), and across the Don Haskins Center at the Glory Road Transit Terminal on 100 Glory Road (79902).

While there is no limit in terms of the recruiters you can bring, keep in mind all booths have an 8-ft. table and two chairs, you have the option of purchasing two tables for the event if you have a big recruitment team.

The check-in will take place via the EAST ENTRANCE of the Don Haskins Center. Check-in times are:

Wednesday, September 17 | 4:00 - 5:30 p.m.

Thursday, September 18 | 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.

Thursday, September 18 | 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. (for Friday)

Your booth is an 8-ft table and two chairs.

You have the option to conduct on-site interviews at the job fair site. We will have several interview areas available for you at the Don Haskins Center on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you are planning to host on-campus interviews or information sessions, make those selections via Handshake, and our employer relations team will assist you with those arrangements.

Note that the Career Center is located on the main campus approximately 1/2 mile from the job fair site.
