The Web-App Development Club (WDC) at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) is a student-led organization dedicated to cultivating a community of aspiring web and app developers. Driven by a shared passion for digital technology and innovation, WDC offers members a collaborative environment where they can learn, experiment, and build their skills in web application development. The club’s mission centers on providing students with opportunities to engage in project-based learning, gain hands-on experience, and participate in workshops designed to deepen their technical knowledge and creativity.

Our weekly workshop schedule is as follows. Come join us!

  • Tuesdays from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at CCSB 1.0704
  • Thursdays from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at CCSB 1.0410

We are currently seeking new members to join our officer team:

  • Event Coordinator: Responsible for contacting and coordinating with clubs and organizations to facilitate collaborations for workshops.
  • Project Manager: Responsible for managing projects by dividing them into smaller tasks, allowing students to complete the project piece by piece during workshops. If an external project is requested, they will also be responsible for communicating with the requester to help facilitate its successful completion.
