UTEP Winter Holiday Schedule to Start

The University of Texas at El Paso will be closed on Monday, Dec. 24, Tuesday, Dec. 25, Dec. 31 and Jan. 1, 2019 as part of its winter holiday schedule.

The following offices will remain open and functional with reduced staffing on Dec. 26-28:

President’s Office
University Police
University Relations
Human Resources
Mail Services
Information Technology Services
Dean of Students
University Development
Accounting and Business Services
Provost’s Office
University Communications
Vice President for Asset Management
Vice President for Business Affairs
Library
Graduate Student Services
Vice President for Student Affairs
Facilities Services

Regular hours and staffing will resume Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2019.

UTEP also will be closed Monday, Jan. 21, 2019, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. The spring semester begins on Tuesday, Jan. 22.
