I want to thank the UTEP Alumni Association for their exceptional work to provide engagement opportunities to our more than 110,000 Miner alumni over the past year. I would especially like to thank Laura Biggs for her outstanding leadership of those efforts.

I’ve come to know our UTEP alumni as an enthusiastic and energetic group who care deeply about this University.

The leadership gavel of the Alumni Association has now passed to Martha Aguayo, and I wish her great success in reconnecting with even more of our UTEP alumni.
