The flu vaccines will be available for anyone six months and older.

A vaccination registration form must be completed for each participant. To complete the form in advance, access it here, print it out and bring it to the clinic. The form also will be available to fill out on site.

The clinic, which is being run by the Department of Public Health, is open to the public and is part of the City’s “Be PowerFlu” prevention campaign meant to reduce the number of flu cases and prevent serious related illness during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that everyone older than 6 months receive a flu shot every year. Reducing the number of flu cases also will reduce the number of flu-related hospitalizations, which in turn will help keep hospital rooms available for those being treated for COVID-19 infections and other serious illnesses.

Motorists should enter through Sun Bowl Drive, and everyone in the vehicle should wear a face covering.
