UTEP Winter Holiday Schedule to Start

The University of Texas at El Paso will begin its winter holiday schedule Friday, Dec. 24, 2021. The campus will be closed on that day.

The University of Texas at El Paso will begin its winter holiday schedule Friday, Dec. 24, 2021. Regular hours and staffing will resume Monday, Jan. 3, 2022.

The following offices will remain open and functional (virtual or in-person) with reduced staffing Dec. 27-31:

Academic Advising
President’s Office
Dean of Students
Provost’s Office
Enrollment Services
Student Business Services
Graduate Student Services
Marketing and Communications
Human Resources
University Police
Information Technology Services
VP Institutional Advancement
Library
VP Business Affairs
Mail Services
VP Student Affairs

Regular hours and staffing will resume Monday, Jan. 3, 2022.

UTEP also will be closed Monday, Jan. 17, 2022, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The spring semester begins Tuesday, Jan. 18.
