As a full-time employee and mother, Sonia Aguilar knew the accelerated MBA program at UTEP would be perfect for her. Earning her MBA allowed her to gain new skills and a raise in her position as the senior external funding specialist for El Paso Independent School District, and it gave her opportunities to study abroad in both China and Germany.
