The UTEP Student Affairs Impact Team promotes a culture within Student Affairs that empowers all staff members across the Division to use assessment and evaluation practices to incorporate data in strategic planning , decision-making processes, and in the development, execution and refinement of programs and services. The Impact Team also identifies and implements strategies to widely communicate assessment and evaluation data throughout the Division and across the University allowing faculty, staff, students and other key stakeholders to understand how the Division supports the UTEP mission, as well as how strong assessment practices affect positive changes concerning programs, services, policies and procedures.
