TEXAS RESIDENT GRADUATE TUITION - Enrolling in courses offered in Business, Engineering, ESE, MASE, Nursing, and Science - $102.00 per semester hour. NON-RESIDENT/INTERNATIONAL TUITION - $289.00 per semester hour. Non-resident International students will be assessed the actual cost of education per semester hour as determined by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. NON-RESIDENT/INTERNATIONAL GRADUATE TUITION - Enrolling in courses offered in Business, Engineering, ESE, MASE, Nursing, and Science $309.00 per semester hour. CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT - Section 54.062 of the Texas Education Code provides for the following tuition procedure. The student shall pay the full tuition charge to the first institution at which he or she is registered. Generally, only the hourly rate is paid at the second institution. However, if the minimum amount is less at the first institution, then the student must pay the difference of the two minimums to the second institution but not less than the hourly rate. General fees, student service fees, union fees, and optional fees are billed by each institution at its regularly authorized rate.
