Event and Conference Support
We'll help make your events and conferences better than ever with our full-service conference services. Services offered include:
Guest Support
- Assist customers with registration charges, changes or cancellations, as well as general campus/local information
- Print name badges and other conference-related materials
- Provide other printed materials including tickets, table tents, folders, badge ribbons, rosters, etc. (included in cost of supplies)
Staffing Support
- Provide on-site registration staffing at event; standard staffing ratio provided is one per 50 participants
Online Registration
- Create a registration site for each particular event
- Create a web registration form on a secure server for participant registration data collection and credit card payments
- Collect individual registrations through web, email or phone
- Provide electronic email confirmation and invoice statements

Financial Tracking Support
- Manage registration finances
- Provide financial reconciliation following registration completion
- Generate basic participant rosters, event reports, session reports and financial summary reports
