Gentle Flow Yoga
Offers a grounding, meditative practice linking breath and movement, in a gentle flow sequence. Students will use their breath to set the pace of this soft Vinyasa class. Students can expect to flow through slower, simpler sequences while still growing and strengthening their practice.
