Filing a Complaint
Faculty, Staff and Students may report incidents of sex discrimination, sexual harassment (including sexual violence) or sexual misconduct to any university Responsible Employee, who is then required to promptly notify any of the Title IX coordinators of the reported incident. All investigations will use the preponderance of the evidence (more likely than not) standard to determine violations of the Policy.
Complaints or allegations of student-on-student sex discrimination, sexual harassment (including sexual violence) or sexual misconduct will be handled by the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution.
