The Academic Advising Center staff continues to be available to serve and assist you, remotely, while the City of El Paso shelter-in-place ordinance is in place to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus. The updated fall schedule is available on goldmine (https://goldmine.utep.edu/). Advising, registration and student services will continue to be delivered virtually and remotely via phone and Microsoft Teams. If you have not been advised and registered, or you would like to make changes to your current schedule, please contact your advisor directly.

As you begin your career you may be faced with many challenges, doubts, and questions. The Academic Advising Center staff is here to help you succeed in your academics.
Academic Advising
Students can set up an appointment with their assigned advisor or be seen on a walk-in basis, if they do not have an assigned advisor.
To set up an appointment, students can stop by or call 747-5290. All students are required to check in with the AAC front desk staff every time they visit on an appointment basis or walk-in basis.
TSI Advising
Students who only need TSI advising will be advised on a walk-in basis. Students who are unable to attend a meeting in person can email tsi@utep.edu for assistance.
104-R Forms (Planned Academic Program Worksheet)
Please allow up to two business days for processing a 104-R form.
Hours of Operation
The Academic Advising Center is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-12:00 pm and 1:00 pm-5:00 pm.
