All events take place at the UTEP Bookstore from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. each day. Hours vary during Grad Fair.
- Sept. 8 – 10
- Sept. 23 – 25
- Sept. 25 – Ring Ordering & Pay-In-Full Deadline for Fall Ring Ceremony
- Sept. 29 – Oct. 1
- Oct. 23 – 24 (during Grad Fair)
- Nov. 11 – 13
- Nov.13 – Fall 2026 Ring Ceremony
- Dec. 1 – 3

To receive your ring in time for the Fall 2026 Ring Ceremony on November 13, you must order and pay for your ring in full by September 25, 2026.
Not ready to pay in full by September 25? No problem! Students enrolled in a payment plan after September 25 can still purchase their ring and participate in a future ring ceremony once their ring is received.
Students can enroll in a 3-month or 4-month payment plan to help spread the cost of their ring over a period of time. Make sure to secure a spot in our Official Class Ring Ceremony by purchasing your ring and paying in full ahead of the payment deadline. You can purchase your ring in person at any ring ordering event at the UTEP Bookstore, online by clicking here, or by contacting our Jostens Representative, David Bradford, at David.BradfordJR@jostens.com or (505) 228-8646.

Fall 2026 Ring Ceremony
Friday, November 13, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. MT
Graduating Students and Alumni who purchase their Official UTEP Class Ring from Jostens and have their ring paid in full by September 25, 2026 are invited to participate in the Fall 2026 Ring Ceremony happening on Friday, November 13, 2026.
Important: Please note that if your ring balance is not fully paid by September 25, it is very possible that your ring will not arrive in time for the ring ceremony. Graduating students may still choose to participate in the ring ceremony, but they will be presented only with an empty ring box and have their official ring delivered at a later date following the ceremony.
