Requirements
Undergraduate students interested in applying to the program must have a GPA of 3.0 or above and be:
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Rising sophomores and juniors with expected graduation dates beyond September 2028. Rising seniors with minimal independent research and who previously attended a community college will also receive full consideration.
- Enrolled as a full-time student.
- Majoring in fields associated with the focus of the CDB-REU program: Ecology, Evolutionary Biology, General Biology, Environmental Science or associated fields of study.
- One letter of recommendations from academic professors in science or equivalent submitted through ETAP site.
