IN-DEMAND GRADUATES

The year-long residency will set you up for success from day-one in your own classroom.  You will be hired as a district employee during the residency.  When you finish, you will be in high-demand from school districts looking for the highest-quality teachers.  You can earn a starting salary of $57,000-58,000 in your first-year of teaching – with additional financial incentives for bilingual and/or special education certification and other high-needs areas.
