The University of Texas at El Paso presents "Trauma, Resilience and Resistance," an interdisciplinary response to the recent gun violence in El Paso, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, Aug. 28 and 29, 2019, at UTEP's Blumberg Auditorium.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has appointed UTEP doctoral student Daniel R. Dominguez to a one-year term as Student Regent on The University of Texas System Board of Regents. He is the first UTEP student appointed to this position.
