The Engineering Technology Center (ETC) was established in September 2007 to be an identity where the entire faculty, staff, and students find information technology services. Some of the specific services provided are virtual access to software, printing, computer maintenance, software installation, email configuration, and audio visual. Other areas of support are in classrooms, offices, and research labs. The ETC is service oriented with customer service as its primary service.
The Engineering Technology Center (ETC) provides information technology services to the College of Engineering faculty, staff and students, in particular with academic support and research infrastructure. The ETC also coordinates services between the College, Campus, and the Information Technology Department.
Assist with information technology services that contribute to CHANGE THE FACE OF ENGINEERING with technology innovations and customer service by supporting faculty, staff and students of the College of Engineering.
