The scope of this special issue:
This Special Issue of The Journal of the Astronautical Sciences will be based on contributions to the 4th Annual VOLTRON Meeting held on February 22-24, 2023. The VOLTRON meeting technical sessions are formed by a body of researchers from academia, government laboratories, FFRDCs, UARCs, and industry in the fields of observation systems, modeling of the reflective properties of spacecraft, laboratory-based materials measurements, development of space-simulated facilities, on-sky spectral or photometric observations of resident space objects, and techniques for the analysis of observations.
