Be prepared to answer the following questions on the intake form:
- Proposer name
- Position
- Department
- Have you completed the self-paced “Microcredentials in the UT System” course?
- Proposed microcredential title
- Description (200 words or fewer)
- What level is the microcredential? (Foundational, Intermediate, Advanced, NA)
- What type is the microcredential (Experience, Learning, Validation, Certification, NA)
- Skills and/or benefits (up to 5) that the learners will achieve upon completion of the microcredential
- Similar programs that could be a model. Please include weblinks when available
- Do you have evidence that this would be recognized by an employer and/or graduate program? Please share evidence for the demand for the skills/benefits achieved upon completion.
- Have you identified an industry partner to sponsor or otherwise support this microcredential? If so, who is it?
- Is this microcredential part of a learner pathway? If so, what other learning experiences will it be combined with?
- Will this program be for (select as many as apply):
- UTEP students
- UTEP faculty
- UTEP staff
- UTEP alumni
- Non-UTEP learners?
