Artistic and Professional Performances and Exhibits
This screen may be used in:
- Faculty profile pages
- College and department reporting (i.e. annual evaluations/merit reports, tenure and promotion)
This screen focuses on activities for faculty in the creative and performance arts. More specifically the departments of Art, Music, Theater and Dance.
Performance/Exhibit Information

Specify if you want this work listed in your faculty profile page. The default choice is set to "Yes".

Define the type of work from the drop-down list. If the option is not available, select "Other" and describe it briefely (usually by title or one sentence) in the subsequent field. If you think this is a type that needs to be added to the drop-down list, contact your Digital Measures campus administrator at digitalmeasures@utep.edu.

Enter the official title of the performance or exhibit.

Enter the official name of the performing group (if applicable)

Enter the sponsor name (i.e. The University of Texas at El Paso)

Specify the location of the performance or exhibit.
Adding Other Performers/Exhibitors
If applicable, add any other performers/exhibitors (apart from you) by clicking on the +Add button.

If they are UTEP students, faculty, and/or staff, you can find their names by typing or selecting their names un the drop-down menu. This will take care of the first, middle, and last name.

Define their role in this activity.

If you are referring to students, also define their level (i.e.undergraduate).

Was this an academic or non-academic performance/exhibit?

Select the scope of the event.

If peer-reviewed/refereed, select "Yes"

Specify if you were invited or accepted?

Specify if this was by audition, commission, competition or invitation.

Provide a brief description of the performance/exhibit. This can be read by an evaluation committee.

When did the performance/exhibit took place? Specify the date range. If this was a one-day event, enter the date as the End Date. Leave the Start Date blank.
