Reports
Digital Measures eliminates the time-consuming and often tedious task of gathering and compiling data to build reports, saving your campus time and effort by eliminating the need to prepare activity reports manually. From customized report generation for accreditation and campus stakeholders, to keeping profiles current on UTEP's faculty pages, Digital Measures lets you focus on using reports instead of preparing them.
Faculty Reports
Each faculty/staff member in DM can run individual reports for themselves, and will be based on the information entered in DM. An example of this type of report is the CV builder option, which you can put together and organize based on what's available in DM. Check out the Guides and Videos page in this site to find out more on how to customize your CV.
Custom Department/College Reports
Administrative faculty/staff, with authorized roles, can manage data and run reports for faculty members in their department, program, or college. These can be custom reports designed to med specific reporting needs such as accreditation, department or program merit reviews, or specific internal reports/audits that can pull existing information from DM. Contact your Digital Measures campus administrator, at digitalmeasures@utep.edu, for more on custom reports for your program, department, or college.
Frequently Used Reports
Course evaluation data is imported into Digital Measures once most or all parts of a specific term have concluded. Once in Digital Measures, faculty members can run their teaching evaluation reports for annual or other faculty reports needed. These steps show how to run the Teaching Evaluations report for a specific date range. Click here for more
Annual performance or merit evaluations are customized reports set up for each college. These reports follow a template, defined by the college, pulling the information needed from Digital Measures to generate a file used by, college committee members, and deans to evaluate individual faculty members.
