Date Attained Rank of Associate Professor - Official promotion start date. This can be your Start Date at UTEP as well, if you were hired as Associate Professor.
Date Attained Rank of Full Professor - Official promotion start date. This can be your Start Date at UTEP as well, if you were hired as Full Professor.
Date Tenure Clock Starts - Official Tenure-Track process start date. This can be your Start Date at UTEP as well, if you were hired as Tenure-Track faculty.
First or Second Extension to Tenure Probationalry Period - According to the UTEP HOOP, Tenure-Track faculty members can have up to two extension to their timeline. Dates for each of these extension dates are entered in these fields.
Tenure Decision Year - Official date when Tenure begins.
Last Post-Tenure Review - Date and outcome of past reviews (i.e. 3 or 5 year)
