June 4 - Summer Wellness Weekdays Kick Off!
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Online registration for this event is not required.
Get ready to Kick Off your summer with a burst of wellness pride! Stop by Leech Grove to snag your awesome wellness swag and show off your UTEP Wellness spirit! And the fun doesn't stop there! June 16 - Relax n' Paint

Engage in a painting session for a soothing and meditative experience. This session offers an escape from the stresses and pressures of the day. Disconnect through painting for an experience to help relax, reduce anxiety, and lower stress levels.
June 24 - Self Defense

Self–Defense is not just about physical protection: it’s an integral part of overall wellness and safety. Learn self-defense techniques and empower yourself with the confidence and skills needed to navigate through personal safety, fostering resilience and emotional well-being.
July 2 - Be Climate Ready: Heat Safety (Virtual Session)

As summer temperatures rise, it’s essential to be prepared for the impacts of heat on our health and well-being. Join us virtually to learn more about summer heat wellness by adopting strategies to stay safe, healthy, and comfortable during extreme heat conditions.

Gardening is a rewarding and enjoyable activity that allows you to connect with nature. Learn basic garden techniques to create a thriving garden. It’s a fun hobby that also offers health benefits, including physical exercise and stress reduction.
