DATA MANAGEMENT
The Data Management Team consists of database administrators, report writers, business intelligence analyst, and imaging specialists. This diverse team is responsible for supporting the University's data needs when it comes to Personnel or Student information. Among the tools used are Oracle, MS SQL Server, Crystal, Cognos, Application Xtender, Workflow, Monarch, and Barr.
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
The Software Development Team specializes in custom application development, Banner programming, and graphic design. We provide you with a complete software implementation process, from requirements gathering, software/program design and development, quality assurance testing, product deployment, maintenance and support. Each software application/program is built using standard industry practices while keeping the customer needs mind.
