Services
Our services can help you achieve your goals, providing your company with a competitive advantage through access to our vast selection of 3D printing machines and testing equipment. Fast turnaround and excellent quality of manufactured parts have always been our priority when delivering your final product.
State-of-the-art equipment and more than 23 years of experience in additive manufacturing have allowed us to provide services within our facilities, not only to local industry but also to national and international clientele.
Visualization of your final product has never been easier. We can create a help create a CAD model for your design along with various manufacturing techniques and testing to make your ideas become a reality.
Design
Design from Scratch
We can create a 3D CAD model using 2D drawings or provide one-on-one guidance with our engineers to help you get started in the manufacturing process.Reverse Engineering / 3D Scan / CT Data Extraction
These methods are ideal when only a physical version of your part is available.
- Industrial grade 8-axis Scanner by FARO
- 3D CAD or STL file delivery
- Inspection (Physical part vs CAD model)
- STL file creation using CT scan data
Manufacturing
Additive Manufacturing
Allows for the creation of complex, customized, and intricate structures with a wide range of materials.
Injection Molding
Method utilied when a working prototype is needed with materials that will mimic the final product.
Post-Processing
Various processes are available to give your part a final touch,
enhancing visual appeal and/or mechanical properties
- Machining, painting, sealing, electroplating, and dyeing
- Ultrasonic metal powder removal
Testing
Environmental Testing
Method that utilizes testing chambers for exposure to UV light, humidity, chemicals, and temperature fluctuations.
Mechanical Testing
Testing that utilizes top-of-the-line equipment for various strength and tension realted insight
- Tests tensile, compression, impact, flexural, and cyclical (Axial+Torsional)
- Material property characterization including viscosity and hardness
Characterization
Microscopy
- Optical and scanning electroin microscopy (SEM) available
- Performed by state-of-the-art equipment for characterizing polymers, ceramics, and metal materials.
Metrology
- 3D measurement technology with optical and touch probe sensors to validate printed parts.
