ARMADILLO 2025 Call for Abstracts
Deadline September 1, 2025
Click Here to Submit your abstract
Abstract submissions are invited for the 2025 ARMADILLO conference. Abstracts should be ~200 words and present original research findings. Note that projects in the early stages of data collection, those with preliminary findings, as well as planned studies that outline detailed hypotheses, methodological approaches, and predicted outcomes are also eligible, even if results are not yet available.
Faculty and post-doctoral scholars will be considered for talks. This year, graduate students can also submit talks, but please note that we cannot guarantee more than one talk per lab due to the limited talk slots - so please submit accordingly (i.e., within a lab, decide which submissions will be a talk and which will be posters, and if the faculty, postdoc or graduate student will present the talk). Some submissions may be converted into flash talks (say, if there are too many talk submissions).
Abstract submission is open from now through September 1st. Confirmations will be sent shortly thereafter.
Please note that we will not be able to extend the submission deadline this year because of a number of other logistics that do not depend on us. But - if you ended up missing the deadline (which we know is quite tight, so thank you for your patience with that), please reach out to us and we will see what we can do 😊
