Mallory Driggers, Ph.D.

Mallory Driggers (El Paso, TX) has worked in higher education for the
past 10 years, while researching leadership characteristics, the history of
higher education, and organizational identity. After graduating from Baylor
University in 2008, she returned to her hometown to work at the
University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) recruiting potential students and
planning university-wide visit experiences. She joined New Mexico State
University (NMSU) in 2011, and later served as Director of Alumni
Relations and Advancement, where she made an impact connecting alumni
back to their alma mater while raising donor funds to support students.
Mallory recently returned to The University of Texas at El Paso as Director
of Development, where she is working to streamline donor communication,
stewardship, and engagement. Mallory earned a Master's degree from UTEP
and a Ph.D. from NMSU. She has published research in the areas of
institutional identity and organizational behavior.
