We welcome you to the Social Justice Initiative of the Department of Communication. At the heart of the Social Justice Initiative are dedicated UTEP students and faculty committed to social justice and change. Through their research, action, collaboration, and creative imagination, members of the SJI are forging on-the-ground partnerships in our border region and globally, and developing new products and publications to share with the border community and beyond.
