Library Classroom Policy
About
The primary function of the University Library’s classrooms (204A and 204B) are to provide information literacy sessions to UTEP students, faculty, and staff. Librarians provide over 250 sessions per semester. For the library to remain responsive to these instruction requests, use of the library classroom for librarian-led sessions will take precedence over non-library related sessions.
Classroom Request Limitations
For academic classes that do not require a librarian present, the classroom may be scheduled for no more than 3 sessions per semester.
When reserving a classroom, please ensure that the request is made at least 3 business days prior to the date needed.
