The Division of Marketing and Communications hosts monthly picture days for faculty and staff in the Photo/Video Studio, located behind the Print Shop in the Carl Hertzog Building (Download Map)
Picture days will be held on the second Tuesday of each month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Walk-ins are welcome until 12:30 p.m.
We’ve adopted a new blue background that better reflects the UTEP brand, along with a tighter crop that works seamlessly across social media platforms and our “Contact Me” page formats. To ensure a consistent look, all portraits will be taken with the subject facing left, and each subject will receive one final photo.
Portraits are delivered within two weeks of your photo session.
Each faculty and staff member receives one headshot and one retake per academic year (a maximum of two headshots) to ensure that all UTEP members, especially those who have never had one, have the opportunity to receive a professional headshot.
Please note that we are no longer scheduling individual headshot sessions outside of the designated picture days. However, departments with groups of 9 or more are welcome to coordinate with their marketing liaison to schedule a separate 1-hour portrait session for their team to update their headshots.
