UTEP surpassed 26,000 students enrolled for the first time this fall. This record-breaking total reflects strong overall growth and a major surge in first-time-in-college students as well as very strong persistence to graduation for all students. For the fourth consecutive year, UTEP has set a new record for freshman enrollment, with 4,501 – a nearly 15% increase over last year’s cohort.
