UTEP helps students earn the education needed to access these opportunities by offering millions of dollars annually in grants and scholarships. UTEP is not only one of the country’s top universities but also one where half of its students graduate debt-free.
This program covers 100% of tuition and fees for undergraduate Texas resident students with an annual family income of $100,000 or less, using a combination of federal, state and institutional grants and scholarships.

UTEP students with financial need may qualify for a variety of federal, state, and institutional grants, even if they don’t meet the requirements of the Paydirt Promise.
