The Miner Success Grant

The cost of going to college is more than just tuition and fees. When you’re a student, you may need help to pay for books and supplies, and expenses like food, housing, and transportation. The Miner Success Grant provides additional support to students whose tuition is paid by the Paydirt Promise but who have a high level of need.

Eligibility

• Eligible for the Paydirt Promise
• Receiving a maximum Pell Grant
• Not receiving a TEXAS Grant
• Not receiving a UTEP scholarship
• Attending full-time in fall and spring

Funding is limited, so apply by submitting a FAFSA or TASFA as early as possible.
