After a 20-year career in the public sector, David Worley wanted to start his own engineering design and contracting business. He turned to UTEP to get more in-depth knowledge of construction management. Worley said UTEP faculty members were responsive and helped him develop skill sets that have carried over to the decisions he has made as a business owner near Houston.
