Students can expect to receive guidance in developing linguistically and culturally responsive teaching methodologies across both English and Spanish curriculum and to gain experience teaching and tutoring dual-language students, developing the skills needed to work with bicultural students, staff and families.
Graduates of the M.A. in Linguistic Diversity and Educational Equity go on to work as ESL teachers, linguists, curriculum developers and administrators helping to shape the future of dual-language learning.
