R&I Helpdesk

The R&I Helpdesk template was designed to streamline support request tracking for all departmental applications developed by Research & Innovation. Utilizing a helpdesk is an industry-standard approach for managing technical work orders and support requests efficiently. The Research Analytics, Intelligence, and Data Support (RAIDS) team will actively monitor incoming requests and provide timely responses.
