Support – Our team's role involves analyzing, troubleshooting, and assessing technology problems in our department. Presently, we track and manage all inquiries through our R&I Helpdesk.
Development and Maintenance - Working with our internal teams, we strategize, develop, test, deploy, and maintain the necessary tools for our department
Data Reporting/Dashboards - Collaborating with our leadership, we offer the necessary data and reports for informative insights and strategic decisionmaking. Reports can be created in Excel or showcased through a dashboard.
