The Zeiss LSM 700 is an inverted laser scanning confocal microscope designed for high-resolution fluorescence imaging of cells and tissues. The system is equipped with three solid state lasers (405, 488, 555 nm) and sensitive spectral detectors that enable the acquisition of up to three fluorophores within the same sample. In addition to fluorescence, the system supports brightfield illumination, including Differential Interference Contrast (DIC) for imaging transparent samples. Available objectives include 5X dry, 10X dry, 20X dry, 40X oil, and 63X. The ZEN 2009 software is used for image acquisition and analysis.

In addition to fluorescence, the system supports brightfield illumination, including Differential Interference Contrast (DIC) for imaging transparent samples. Available objectives include 5X dry, 10X dry, 20X dry, 40X oil, 63X oil and 100X oil. This system included a motorized stage (tiling) and ZEN 2009 software.

Gallios Flow Cytometer Analyzer (Beckman Coulter):

The Gallios Flow Cytometer is a high-performance multicolor flow cytometry system designed for rapid and sensitive analysis of complex cell populations. The instrument is equipped with three excitation lasers (405 nm Violet, 488 nm Blue, and 638 nm Red) and 10 fluorescence detectors, enabling simultaneous detection of multiple fluorophores in a single sample. For data acquisition and analysis, the Gallios utilizes the Kaluza software (Beckman Coulter).

The CytoFLEX Flow Cytometer is a compact, high-sensitivity flow cytometry system designed for rapid analysis of cells and particles. The instrument is equipped with three excitation lasers (405 nm Violet, 488 nm Blue, and 638 nm Red) and 10 fluorescence detectors, enabling simultaneous detection of multiple fluorophores in a single sample with excellent sensitivity and resolution. For data acquisition and analysis, the CytoFLEX utilizes CytExpert software (Beckman Coulter).

ImageXpress Pico Automated Cell Imaging System (Molecular Devices):

The Molecular Devices ImageXpress Pico is a compact benchtop imaging platform available through the core facility for automated fluorescence and brightfield microscopy applications. The system combines the functionality of a multi-well plate reader with advanced imaging capabilities, enabling rapid analysis of slides and microplates while capturing high-resolution images of samples within each well for detailed cellular analysis. The instrument is equipped with 4X, 10X, and 20X dry objectives, as well as fluorescence detection channels for blue, green, red, and infrared fluorophores. In addition, the system includes an environmental control chamber that supports live-cell imaging and time-lapse assays under controlled physiological conditions.

The MoFlo Astrios EQ is a high-speed cell sorter featuring 7 lasers, including 355 nm, 405 nm, 488 nm, 532 nm, 561 nm, 592 nm, and 640 nm wavelengths, allowing for multi-color analysis with 34 detectors and the ability to sort into 6 different directions simultaneously.
