AAPG STUDENT CHAPTER RIG TRIP

Rig Trip 2017 - Thank you Apache!

On March 24th, the members of the UTEP AAPG Student Chapter took a trip to Midland, TX, to visit the Apache Corporation.  The trip included presentations on current drilling practices, from early planning to completion and a visit to an active rig site.  Participants included Alan Vennemann (AAPG Student Chapter President), Alex Sandoval, Andre Llanos, Antonio Verduzco, Emily Graves, Alex Eddy, Piper Poe, and Rafael Delfin, and Faculty Mentor, Dr. Gail Arnold.
