Meeting Minutes
The Staff Council Secretary is responsible for recording and maintaining the meeting minutes, which provide a concise summary of the discussions held during Staff Council meetings.
During the general meeting, all Staff Council members actively participate in the dialogue and voting on agenda items. The executive meeting, on the other hand, involves elected officers such as the Chair, Vice Chair, and Committee Chair positions. The Executive Committee carefully considers matters presented by the Chairperson, President or their designees, the Council, standing committee chairs, or other relevant individuals providing recommendations to the Chairperson for setting the Council meeting agenda.
