General Student Misconduct

Use the above link to report behavior by a UTEP student that violates the Student Conduct and Discipline code or if you are not sure where else to report something. Sexual Harassment or Sexual Misconduct (Title IX)

Person of Concern

Use the link above to report a community member whose behavior could be harmful to themselves or others. You can also use this link to refer students, faculty, or staff who are in need of resources for personal, academic, financial and social concerns to a team member. Person of Concern reports are reviewed and referred appropriately.

Concerns you wish to refer to the Behavioral Intervention Threat Assessment (BITA) should be submitted using this form. If you need additional assistance, and/or would like to discuss your concern with a university administrator, please contact the BITA co-chairs:
