- Managing your E-mail - As a student leader (and beyond college) we all have to deal with e-mails and managing our inboxes. Sometimes more than one inbox at a time. Come learn a few simple tricks that have helped me over the years stay organized, manage the influx of e-mails during busy season.
Years ago, the Blake-Mouton Managerial Grid taught us that, as leaders, we could approach our work and our teams with varying degrees of focus on relationship and task. The Hersey-Blanchard Model expanded on this framework and enlighten us with the notion that unique circumstances and followers require leaders to make a conscientious effort to adapt as needed and use a style that best fits the situation.
