Yoga
The Class:
The noon-time yoga class is a combination of integral yoga and flow yoga. The purpose of the class is to increase strength, flexibility, body awareness, concentration, breath control, and relaxation. The yoga classes are beginner/intermediate/mixed. UTEP faculty and staff discounts do not apply to this course.
