Process
1. Graduation Requirements: All requirements must be successfully met to graduate with an honors degree. Please refer to your college guidelines for additional information on the following aspects:
- College requirements
- Events
- Terms required
- Submission of forms
- GPA required
2. Timing of Requirements: All requirements must be fulfilled by the conclusion of the last semester in which the student is graduating.
3. Form Submission Deadline: Ensure the timely submission of forms, including the notice and completion forms.
4. Senior Clearance Form: During the final semester before graduation, students must submit the Senior Clearance form to UHP by the designated deadline. If you are graduating in the summer and participating in the spring commencement, submit the required documents based on the UHP Academic Spring calendar due dates. If you are graduating in the summer and participating in the fall commencement, submit the required documents according to the UHP Academic Fall calendar due dates.
NOTE
Honors recognition should appear on transcript after graduation date, allow 6 to 8 weeks for designation to appear on transcript. Any discrepancies with honors credit found the student will email UHP with a PDF attachment of their transcript
