Established in 2025 with support from the UT Regents’ Research Excellence Program, AAII brings together researchers and experts from public and private sectors to work on deploying and refining AI in complex and culturally rich settings.
AAII unites public and private partners and interdisciplinary researchers to address challenges through collaborative innovation. It supports AI-driven research, strengthens labs/centers, and promotes AI adoption through expertise, resources, infrastructure.
