Standard Regalia vs. Fine Quality Regalia
There are two types of regalia available for purchase: standard regalia sold by the UTEP Bookstore and custom fine regalia sold by Jostens.
- STANDARD REGALIA
Standard regalia (cap, gown, tassel and hood) for bachelors, master’s, and doctoral graduates can be purchased or ordered from the UTEP Bookstore in person. All regalia items go on-sale beginning at Grad Fair. Items will be available for sale online the week after Grad Fair. The last day to purchase regalia at the bbookstore is the Friday prior to commencement weekend. In addition, regalia will be available at Memorial Gym on Commencement Day for any last-minute needs.
- JOSTENS CUSTOM FINE QUALITY REGALIA
Jostens offers custom fine-quality regalia for all master’s and doctoral students. These items must be custom-ordered and require additional time for production and shipping. The last day to order custom fine quality regalia for fall 2026 is Friday, Oct. 9, 2026.

Online/Remote students can purchase their Class of 2026 Shirt & Medallion bundle early and the UTEP Bookstore will ship it directly to you. We hope you will wear your class shirt all semester with pride!
Please note that the special bundle discount pricing (includes regalia and diploma frame) will not be available online. The last day to purchase your standard regalia (not the Fine Quality Regalia from Jostens) from the bookstore is Friday, December 11.
