The ‘Miner Manners – Mastering Dinner Etiquette’ was held on July 29, 2021, as part of the Professional Development Series of the UTEP CARES Regional Internship program. The event consisted of a five-course dinner along with a professional presentation with the objective of providing students with the necessary skills to showcase proper dining etiquette, learn the mechanics of table manners, and therefore allow them to make a favorable impression with a potential employer.
